HIA Baggage Handling Permit to Work System

acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by HIA.
2. Authorized System Usage
- Access to the System is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
- Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
- Any misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of user
accounts.
- All permits issued through the System must adhere to applicable HIA safety regulations and operational
standards.
3. Data Privacy and Security
- Personal and operational data submitted through the System will be stored securely in accordance with HIA’s
data protection policies.
- Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of permit processing, system administration, and
compliance monitoring.
- Data may be shared with relevant HIA departments or regulatory authorities where necessary to ensure safety
and compliance.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are prohibited from sharing access
with unauthorized individuals.
- Any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to HIA BH IT Support.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all permit-related information is accurate, current, and complete.
- All users must comply with established safety protocols, procedures, and operational guidelines when
utilizing the System.
5. System Availability
- HIA endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the System.
- However, HIA reserves the right to conduct scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, or modifications,
which may temporarily affect system accessibility.
- HIA shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or losses arising from such maintenance activities.
6. Compliance Obligations
- All permits issued through the System must comply with HIA’s safety standards, operational requirements, and
applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
- Non-compliance may result in revocation of permits and disciplinary action in accordance with HIA policies.
